since chang li is confirmed to rerun, should i get chang li or wait for the new fusion unit Jingran? i have brant and Lupa, and i would like the unit that would further improve my brant if possible

S0R0 brant, ive heard that hes probably never rerunning again, so im trying to build him without his weapon.
