Derma roller & inflammation, plus how do I know whether it's also fibrosis, not just AGA and inflammation?

Derma roller & inflammation, plus how do I know whether it's also fibrosis, not just AGA and inflammation?

At this point I don't understand really well whether scalp fibrosis is a late stage of AGA or a separate condition. My derm told me it was AGA, but me having a shiny scalp makes me question whether it's also fibrosis. Scalp fibrosis is a disease in which hair follicles close because of scarring tissue, until the skin remains bald. I read that a shiny scalp (when it's clean) means fibrosis.

For some time I've also had high inflammatory markers (RCP and ESR), without an obvious reason. And the endocrinologist told me that my hair thinning is also caused by inflammation.

I booked an appointment to have the DNA testing done (Tricho Test), I hope it is relevant. So I might start a treatment soon.

In the meantime, I thought about derma roller. It seems to be a solution for AGA and fibrosis both. But if I also have (local?) inflammation, derma roller might worsen the condition. Please tell me your ideas. Thanks!

Is TMS an option for the resistant depression in bipolar?

I have bipolar, once every 7 years I have a euphoric short period; but the rest is horrible depression. Is TMS allowed?
