Could this be a sign of bedbugs?

Hey:) I had a few crumbly specs on my bed and I thought it was fleas as we were fighting them recently
I put them in a paper towel and they looked like flea dirt also I have a little blood stain on my sheet

However I never had them in my bed and my dog doesn’t sleep with me on my bed and I don’t see any bites on my body at all
so I’m kind of anxious of the thought of bed bugs. I checked all seams of the bed and found 0% indicators of bedbugs under my sheets

I found this on the wall behind my bed I don’t know how old these stains are but do you know if this could be related at all or just my paranoia?

Hex a sexual predator

Hey:) there’s some anonymous guy I saw commenting something nasty on a 16 year old’s post and I wrote him like jokingly “I’m calling the police” so he then proceeded to slide into MY requests trying to harass me as well. I wrote him “I’m going to find you” and he then sent me an unsolicited dickpic

Long story short, I know I’m petty for this but what hex would you recommend to get this guy caught ?

This profile is fake because he knows exactly what he’s doing and he opened the account to prey and harass girls. I want him to face consequences.
