Microgen DX test saying bacterial load was less when my symptoms were WORSE

Long story short I got a uti and symptoms kept coming and returning. I’m guessing an embedded UTI. Lactoferrin helps a lot, d mannose helps, oregano will have me symptoms free but it keeps coming right back if I stop taking it. Kirkman makes symptoms worse so I’m guessing that’s because it’s working on the biofilms. I’ve done massive amounts of probiotics and lifestyle diet changes that have completely changed me for the better but I’m still getting uti symptoms. So I finally went in to have a microgen dx test. And my vagina test came back and was super healthy and the only bad bacteria they found in my bladder was E. coli.

So heres where I’m confused. The first time before my test I went in when I started garlic (Allicin) and coconut oil. That first week my symptoms got really bad and I was peeing out what looked like biofilms. My pee was thick and eveytime I take garlic I get clear vaginal discharge too. So this is when I ran into get a microgen dx test. My test came back 40% ecoli. Three weeks into the garlic and coconut oil and my symptoms were drastically improved. So I went in to get a microgen test again thinking I was making improvement! Well my test this time showed 60% E. coli. How is this even possible?? How did my symptoms get a lot better but the test is saying my infection is worse? Because of this I’m not sure if should continue allicin. Is it making the infection actually worse or was it because it was disrupting biofilms??

They also found the E. coli was resistant to a ton of antibiotics which is why the rounds of antibiotics I tried didn’t work at all. But I’ve only taken two different antibiotics so I’m guessing I picked up a resistant strain somewhere else.
