Let's say i have paid the fee in 1st round and i didn't get USAR till 3rd round then do i have to register again for sliding or the same money can be used in sliding

Final Call : USAR (any branch) vs GL Bajaj (CSE)

in IPU only gov. college im getting is USAR , may get MSIT but if i have to take private I'll prefer GL Bajaj bc of home state quota.

If i don't get my prefered branch in round 1 but get some lower branch in different clg do i still need to submit the 96k fee and do i need to go to delhi for document verification.

someone pls clarify as i need to arrange the fee .
