Was there a new gameplay update that I didn’t know?

Before this week, I was around 1650 thinking about pushing for 1800+, then I did not win any game after. I only drew and lost but won NONE in 4 days and dropped to div3. What’s weird is the way I’m losing; my players got so hard to control like they’re running on ice and slipping or getting intercepted every dribble. They become slow as hell when I’m trying to counter attack and in defense won’t tackle the opponent despite me pressing the button. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue, pls comment. If not, I’m calling my internet provider lol.
