⚽️ Owen: 5-0-10-9-12-3-0 Agility

Compared to his old card, this is a differentiated "power-creep" version with enhanced dribbling. The stat panel slightly buffs his dribbling ability, but his Offensive Awareness and Speed are ↓2, and his Phenomenal Finishing has been replaced by Momentum Dribbling. In the current engine, short center-forwards are no longer meta, so this card isn't particularly sincere.

⚽️ Davids: 0-4-0-8-10-5-12 Agility

Compared to his old card, his stats are a slight power-creep upgrade, mainly adding the Shadow Hunt skill. Unfortunately, his playstyle strictly locks him out of playing as a Central Midfielder (CMF). Being only 168cm tall makes him quite awkward to use as a Defensive Midfielder (DMF). However, players who enjoy watching a mad dog sprinting all over the backfield can definitely give him a try.

⚽️ Petit: 1-4-4-8-10-4-11 + Duelling (CMF & DMF) / 0-0-0-10-10-4-12 + Duelling (Defensive Fullback)

Gone for two years, and he returns still looking like a total mascot. As a box-to-box midfielder with a relatively large 185cm player model, when played as a CMF, his dribbling, physical presence, and ST skills are all a tier below Big Time (BT) Rice.

He does, however, share a relatively balanced, differentiated advantage with Karembeu, who also has "Medium" weak-foot usage.

When played as a stay-at-back defensive fullback, his defensive stats and speed are both about 6 points lower than Bergomi's. Petit’s slightly larger model can't bridge that gap. Most importantly, he lacks the Defensive Fullback playstyle. Right now, the top five players in the defensive fullback tier list all have the Defensive Fullback style; this isn't something an unstyled player can simply replicate by being given a defensive instruction.

I feel like Petit as a stay-at-back fullback can actually be compared to Caicedo—Petit has a bigger player model but is a bit slower. Are there any hardcore FC (FIFA) players here who can explain how Petit managed to become a top-tier "meta beast" over in that game?

Seeing Brazil knocked out was heartbreaking 💔, but what hurts even more is knowing that this was Neymar's final game wearing the Brazil kit. The prince who carried the hopes of an entire nation, who gave everything despite the injuries, criticism, and endless pressure, walks away without becoming the king.

You can say whatever you want about Konami, but for new accounts(I was lucky enough to get Kaká and Dinho with 3k coins) you can build a really solid team in that timeframe without even buying coins.

Is it worth spending more for POTD cards if more better cards show up? Wdyt about POTD cards? Complete F2P btw

I wanted to share my new eFootball project. I always liked themed squads but never had the motivation to start one. Now I did! I have to say that I got lucky. Two weeks ago I got an €150,- gift card from Apple after turning in an old device. Since I had nothing else to spent it on, I got for €100,- of coins.

With some luck I managed to get Neymar, Ronaldinho, Marcelo and Cafú. Kaka unfortunately didn’t show himself. Since I had some F2P coins left, I got myself the ‘current’ Brazilians. I won’t put any real cash into the game. I’m too cheap for that

I don’t think I made it myself easy to select Brazil national team as a theme, since Konami has to deal with their strict licensing law. But the team is incredibly fun tho.

What are your expectations for eFootball 2027? Do you think Konami will invest more in getting Brazilian (ex-)players into the game or will we receive 10 Paqueta’s and 15 Gabriel’s next season?

This was my final goal in this game. Division 1 secured in both AI and pvp with my under 100 rated team. Goes to how high rated p2w players do not matter in this game. Now I can rest 😌
