I haven’t used him yet so this is not a Player Review

But you can tell from just seeing the stats, this is an amazing card. He has Blitz Curler, the only skill in the game that can create a goal out of thin air. He also has perfect weak foot so you can whip out those Blitz from anywhere. He has 91 Physical Contact so he won’t be bullied off the ball so easily. His Dribbling stats and Balance are good enough for a striker. He’s also a decent set piece taker if you don’t have that in your squad. And above all that, you also get 50 extra Coins if you buy him.

Overall, this is an amazing deal (which is rare to see from Konami). So, if you have some change lying around, I would recommend getting him.

This guy is fast, can pass, can shoot, and he can do it effectively with both foot. Basically everything you ever need from a Hole Player AMF, but turned all the way up to 11. As you can see, he has more G/A than number of matches, which doesn’t happen often for an AMF. Not to mention most of those matches were PvP (Divisions and Events).

The combination of Momentum Dribbling, Magnetic Feet, and high dribbling stats means he doesn’t run down the pitch, he GLIDES. Seriously, this guy is so smooth on the ball I can’t even to put it into words, he’s too good.

And because of Magnetic Feet, you don’t even need to go out of your way and put higher Physical Contact stat on him. I’ve literally scored goals where he just runs through my opponent’s defender like it’s nothing. This guy is so OP I swear.

If you don’t have a reliable CF in your squad, definitely go for him.

The Power of Heel Trick 🪄

Ever since PES rebranded to eFootball, I’ve never touched any playstyle other than possession game. That is until a few weeks ago when I bought the portugal premium pack, I decided to try Roberto Martinez because he has 90 proficiency which makes for better stats, even though the difference is little.

It resulted in one of the best phase I’ve ever had in this game. I mean just look at that, 17W-3D-2L (one of the losses was because of connection issue, so realistically i would’ve only had 1 loss).

I went on an 11 game winning streak to reach D1, I even beat a guy with 1900 rating when I was in D2! Before this it usually took me around 50 matches to get to D1.

It’s insane, It’s so good.

one of my biggest complaints with konami is how they always make p2w cards cater to the meta. for example, 2 years ago, whenever they release an epic amf, it will always be either creative playmakers or hole players, making other playstyles like classic no.10 and dummy runner considered “dead”.

i don’t actually like fullback finishers and dummy runners, but i’m sure there’s people out there who does, so i appreciate this variety from konami, even though it took them too long (i’m pretty sure this is the first ever epic fullback finisher).

this is good news for people who likes to experiment with different playstyles, because now you can do it with premium cards instead of some shitty highlight cards.

let’s hope they can start making p2w cards with extra frontman and roaming flank playstyle. i actually really like roaming flank, i think it’s the best winger playstyle, prolific wingers never really worked for me, they stay too wide in my opinion.

haaland. if we only judge from performance, he obviously deserves to be a showtime tomorrow, but would konami make a showtime for someone who didn’t even get potd this week? i’m not so sure about this one

yamal. if konami is fair, then the showtime should be oyarzabal, but then again, we’re talking about yamal here, the game’s ambassador, konami’s golden boy, they would not miss a single chance to milk money off of him
