Wanting to know how much % did they reduce for y’all i know it varies for everyone but I’m hoping not more than 4% i don’t think theres a definite way to calculate

I am a student currently studying overseas and preparing for MDCAT my father recently retired and we’re all moving to Pakistan soon, i haven’t given any Pakistani board so I had to get equivalency done.

My question is whether I’ll be able to apply for a university on local campus and not overseas, as now that our main income is gone, we can’t afford it.
For example will I only be able to apply for Liaquat overseas campus? Or even DOW
