I sent an email to OSHA this morning before route

I was going to wait until I quit but I am fed up. More than 3/4 of our fleet has something wrong with it and when we report issues in the inspection at the end of the night or in the morning it grounds the vehicle which our DSP told us not to ground the vans and just report the issues to them directly. Thing is they don’t do anything about it. For example a ton of our vans have transmission issues and people have been stranded because of this, all of our vans say on the dash they need oil or need an oil change, 90% of our vans lost AC and it’s gonna be in the 80s all week. Today for example is 80 and the AC doesn’t work in the van I’m in and the windows don’t go down, when I say it’s like a sauna in the cab of this van that isn’t an exaggeration. All our dispatchers say is “we know the AC doesn’t work.” If ya know about it fix it. They only care about numbers than their drivers. Their excuse for not fixing the vans is “the drivers haven’t been able to hit fantastic plus so we are not getting the extra funding to be able to fix the vans.” Yet the owner had 3 of the vans repoed. The drivers are not hitting fantastic plus because none of us care enough anymore because our safety isn’t being taken into account. I emailed osha and told them I wanted to remain anonymous because I have no clue what my DSP will do. And don’t even get me started about uniform compliance with Amazon and a couple of our dispatchers.
