Briefly, I suffer like most of us here of tmj, mines ends up in migraines, I am eating sumatriptan like if they were m&m. I have been proposed some solution like to fix my posture, my feet, muscle because for some dentists, it's a all in one thing which I don't really believe.

Long story short, there's a specific dentist out there that might have the solution, it's Dr. Konstantin Ronkin. He has a method named after him.

For those interested by the long story (that I'll make briefly for not writing 30 pages) my pain started after a filling that broke and got replaced. Also, it's important to state that I'm clenching my teeth since I'm a kid and grinding my teeth in my sleep. So this filling that got replaced gave me very very bad pain occurred to my right side of the jaw, to my shoulder and to my head. I went back to fix it, zip it... It went worst. I seen an other dentist, he zipped some other teeth and it went even worst (all that in Russia) then I went in France, thinking dentists are better.... Wrong! He ziped a clean tooth and it get 10x worst.

But in my search of finding a dentist, one that does a t-scan , I finnaly found a specialist. He asked me 250e for the consultation but he understood that I wasn't from here and decided not to make me pay but he has explained me how he work. He looked at how my teeth are (my front teeth are covering way too much my bottom teeth) and he confirmed that I have an issue. He said he would need to do some recording of how my jaw move, how my bite process, a tscan and lot of other thing and by the end, I would have a splint (thing that goes on teeth). What this splint would do is to modify my teeth height, how they close together and everything but I would need to wear it all the time beside when I eat... Or instead of the splint to reshape all my teeth height/how it closes.A total of 2000 euro. I was sceptic and I preferred to invest in a gaming computer.... (dentist screw my teeth many times.. So you understand my sceptiness)

Fast foward, I discovered on tiktok (years latter) a dentist in Canada that was doing the same as the guy in France and decided to write him to know how much it cost bla bla bla. That I'm from Russia and it's a mess here. Shortly, he told me I was wrong and I have one of the best specialist in the world to fix this issue and it's this guy, Dr. Konstantin Ronkin.

He owns a clinic in the states, in Russia but I can't afford it. I did a tscan too and it showed that my right side is like 60% stronger( my bite is mainly on the right).

Those who are in search of a solution, you should maybe investigate in this path. Some dentists went to his seminar and got certifications '' from him '' but seminars (from my understanding) are like, I sit, I listen and I leave with a new attribute on paper. Are those good? It's maybe worth trying and if anyone tries one of those specialist and do this special splint and exams... I would love a feedback!

On my side, I sometimes able to manage the pain, to make it disappear for 3 months, 4 months before it comes back and destroys me for 1 month. Breathing exercise with the ribcage positionnement helped me a lot. Control the breathing to bring back my shoulder at level. Sports (specific back exercise at the gym) and y raise (which is very hard for me). Tongue on the palette, took me 1 2 years to learn to have my tongue there (over clinching) but I still do it wrong because I create a '' vaccum '' in my mouth and it creates pressure on my lips, my masseter and some muscles. I don't know if I still grind my teeth while sleeping, I'll ask my wife.

Hopefully some of those informations will help someone and one of you will try it and come back with good news 😂 else, good luck with this but I am sure it has to do with teeth height/bite close

Edit : the guy in canada that referred me to the Russian guy is Dr Curtis Westersund he has 4.9 on Google but it's easy to pay for reviews on Google so I don't trust it and for France it was Meyer Smile Clinic a dental office located in Marseille, France, at [314 Avenue du Prado, 13008 Marseille and I believe the name of the guy is Dr Jean Michel Meyer, he has 4.5 on Google which is more believable because French like to complain 😄😄

Мне стало интересно, сколько людей были бы заинтересованы в форке Hiddify, который работает больше как обычный VPN.

Если коротко, я сделал бета-версию для своей дочери, потому что хотел максимально простое решение буквально одна кнопка «Подключиться». Вместо того чтобы вручную импортировать подписки или конфигурации, приложение получает публичные сторонние прокси, проверяет их через handshake, чтобы убедиться, что они работают, отдаёт приоритет узлам VLESS Reality - >V2Ray - >Trojan, а затем автоматически подключается к подходящему серверу.

Поскольку это публичные сторонние прокси, я не рекомендую использовать их для банковских приложений, криптовалюты или любых других чувствительных данных.

Изначально этот проект был только для моей дочери мне не хотелось каждый раз делиться своим личным туннелем, когда она скачивает игры. 😄 Теперь, когда самая сложная часть уже сделана, мне стало интересно: будет ли это полезно другим людям, если я продолжу разработку и выложу проект в открытый доступ?

Стали бы вы пользоваться таким приложением?

Я планирую выполнять проверку (handshake) непосредственно на устройстве пользователя, чтобы каждый получал персональный список прокси, которые действительно работают именно в его сети.

Я уже протестировал эту идею: удалось без проблем совершить голосовой звонок без разрывов соединения, а заблокированные приложения также работают. Правда, сам я уже несколько лет пользуюсь собственным приватным туннелем, поэтому Hiddify мне практически не нужен.

Ответы на возможные вопросы:

- Списки прокси берутся из открытых Git-репозиториев, где боты круглосуточно собирают публичные прокси из Telegram и других источников. Обновление происходит примерно каждые 30 минут. Ещё раз подчеркну: это сторонние публичные прокси, поэтому не используйте их для банковских приложений или других важных сервисов точно так же, как вы не стали бы доверять бесплатному VPN.

- Пока у меня нет отдельного Git-репозитория для этого проекта. Для безопасности мне сначала нужно будет создать второй Git-аккаунт и перенести проект туда.

- Зачем я вообще это сделал? Вкратце: моя основная работа создание приватных туннелей для людей. Этот проект был небольшим экспериментом, который занял всего один вечер. И я понял, что примерно три четверти пользователей просто не знают, как импортировать списки или конфигурации в приложение. Поэтому я подумал, что многим было бы удобнее иметь решение, где всё работает практически «из коробки». К тому же мне не очень нравится текущее поведение Hiddify

I'm curious how many people would be interested in a fork of Hiddify that works more like a regular VPN?

Long story short, I built a beta version for my daughter because I wanted something as simple as pressing a single Connect button. Instead of manually importing subscriptions or configs, it fetches public third-party proxies, tests them with a handshake to verify they're alive, prioritizes VLESS Reality > V2Ray > Trojan nodes, and then automatically connects to one that works.

Since these are public third-party proxies, I wouldn't recommend using them for banking, crypto, or anything sensitive.

The project was originally just for my daughter because I didn't want to share my private tunnel every time she downloads games... Now that the hard part is done, I'm wondering if other people would actually be interested if I continued developing it and made it publicly available.

Would you use something like this? I'm planning to perform the handshake directly from the user's device, so each user gets a personalized list of proxies that actually work for them. I tried it, succeed at making a phone call, without being cut off; banned apps work but I have my private tunnel that works for years, so I don't need hiddify

To answer some possible questions:

List are coming from free git repository that have bots scanning telegram and places all day, updating every 30 minutes. Once again 3rd party proxy, don't use it for sensitive apps (like when you use free vpn)

There's not git avaible from my side, I would need to clone it on a secondary git account for security purpose.

Why am I doing this? Briefly, I work at making private tunnels for people and that was a side project that took me an evening and I figured out that 3/4 of people don't know how to put a list in an app. So, maybe people would be happy having this? Also, I don't like how hiddify behave.

У меня есть опыт в настройке туннелей и обходных решений на базе Xray, Sing-box, различных прокси и Steal One'self. Также я хорошо понимаю сетевые протоколы, DPI, модель OSI, умею работать с Wireshark и Linux.

Как вы считаете, в какую профессию или направление я мог бы перейти с такими навыками в коммерческих компаниях или государственном секторе?

Раньше я работал как Full-Stack разработчик, но то, чем я занимаюсь сейчас, приносит мне гораздо больше удовольствия. Хотелось бы применять эти знания в более крупном масштабе и построить на этом карьеру.

Проблема в том, что если я скажу, например, на канадском рынке труда: «Я умею обходить DPI и файрволы», это, скорее всего, скорее напугает работодателей, чем заинтересует 😂

Есть ли вообще будущее у таких навыков? Или они востребованы в основном только в странах с жёсткой интернет-цензурой, таких как Россия, Китай или Иран?

Quick question for pro; I've been making vpn/vps for years to people in high censured environment, to keep it very brief; using vless reality and other techniques.

After many years of configs and unstable income, I've been looking for a stable job but what I" do " seems to send me to Cisco, fortinet and doing boring stuff linked to switch, fixing why the printer of George is not working...

Am I searching in the wrong place? Company life look very boring from all I've seen 😮‍💨
