I am currently doing an internship at Deloitte India and have been working from home. Starting in July, my internship was converted to an offline mode, which will continue from July to January. I wanted to know whether, for the ADMM role at Deloitte India, candidates are converted based on performance before January, or if all conversions typically happen only after the internship ends in January.
