I (15m) am switching from working the counter to washing dishes and I have some questions for dishwashers.

1. How gross is it?
2. Am I still gonna have to deal with managers all day or just occasionally?
3. How mentally draining is it? I’m typically completely exusted after a day of working with annoying customers.
4. Will I have responsibilities outside of just washing dishes if so what will they be.
5. For people who have done both, which is less stresssful during rush between dish and counter?
