Hello guys,

So basically, the power went out while Windows was updating.

After the electricity came back, I noticed that my PC stopped shutting down or restarting properly.

When I try to shut it down, the screen goes black, but the fans and lights are still running. The only way to fully turn it off is by holding the power button.

At first I thought the issue was with the M.2 SSD, but I tested it in another PC and it worked perfectly fine. I also checked the RAM and power supply, and both seem to be okay.

Is there any solution for this? Or is the motherboard most likely the problem?
