What’s the fuzz with the lyrics? Diko alam yung song so had to google it.

Honestly, I don’t get why someone would create division with a song that is aimed at praising God. Masyado tayong nag ooverthink unless nakalagay dun na sumamba sa demonyo then by all means, create havoc LoL

Not a fan of changing the lyrics to fit one’s belief either so yung mga nagsasabi na palitan nalang yung ibang words? DON’T! Just DON’T.

TL;DR Personal issues nila Manalang should have not been aired here on reddit or any socmed platform. Chismosa peg lang dito

Anyway, most redditors here would have read the posts and comments against and about John Manalang and his ex. And bilang patola nga ng taon, eto na ang ambag ko sa chismisan.

I don't know them personally but since their 'relationship' is a hot topic dito sa Chikka, Rants at Bardagulan Exclusive, I searched their profiles in FB. It wasn't hard to search for their profiles and make different impressions and assumptions**.** Do note that base on comments in other posts, it appears some of the accounts under John's name are now maintained by his ex.

At this point, only John and his ex know what truly happened. There may be truth to what John is (or not) saying and same with his ex. It is a classic he said-she said. No matter how much anyone defend either of them, no one was there to witness EVERYTHING.

Now, based on what I have and have not read online...

1. Whatever the circumstances are, dapat sustentuhan ni John ang anak nila. Regardless if they are not in good terms, it no longer matters as the priority should be the child. I understand na nasa pastoral house lang at dun nakatira itong si lalaki - walang trabaho, asa sa gawain. So paano nga naman susustentuhan?

Ang suporta naman hindi lang pinansyal. Kung hindi makapagbigay ng pera, pwede namang mag-alaga sa anak nila habang nagta trabaho ang ina.

The question however, would his ex be amenable to that?

If not, and if he really does want to be in his son's life as he claims, then he will do everything to at least provide for the kid.

2. On to his ex, it seems she has post partum depression (as what another redditor said). Now, I am no doctor so it will be good for her to consult a specialist.

Her posts, even those she posted sa account ni Manalang are all out of line. Why would you take out all your anger sa bagong girlfriend ng ex mo which has nothing to do with the breakdown of your relationship? Barking at the wrong tree si ate eh. Calling her names does not make his ex any better.

Also, whoever he dates is none of her business (and so are we). What she should be more concerned about is support.

3. Admit it or not, it seems that posts against Manalang could be from his ex and/or his ex's friends. In any case, their points about letting someone preach in the pulpit were overshadowed by their intention to get back at Manalang.

4. If they cannot settle amicably, go to court.

On another note, their issues should have not been aired here.
