Popcorn ceiling is falling down in the garage, roughly 680 sq ft. 2 pieces of drywall need to be replaced since they are warped from the light fixtures. I already scrapped the popcorn off. I was going to do this job myself but I bit off more then I can chew here. Roughly what would it cost to have someone replace those two pieces, mud and tape the whole 680 sq ft and paint the ceilings and walls. Ceiling is not flat after removing popcorn

Popcorn falling off the ceiling in the garage. Tape came undone and thats what took the popcorn out. I scraped all the popcorn off and the ceiling are not level. Go back with popcorn?

Replacing the florescent bulbs in thr garage, they work currently but slightly dim and flicker. T8 bulbs three lamps with 2 bulbs each. Put replacement bulbs in and they dont work. They barely light up at the end and go out. Ballast? Assuming they are roughly 20 years old
