I am on CD26 today on my first cycle trying and I have been trying very hard to not test until an actual missed period. It has been brutal. Cant wait to be out or TWW.

This is my first cycle of trying and I am trying really hard not to symptom track and not to test early. Any tips to calm the nerves during this period will be helpful.

As the title states, this is my first cycle of trying to concieve and I am getting close to the date where a pregnancy test can show conclusive results. I cant decide if I should just wait for a missed period, or should I take the test now. I guess what I am really asking is what is the benefit of early testing?
