I just started playing tennis September 2025. Started out with group classes at the park district, then did Gladitor Singles from October - February and never won a match. Then moved indoors to group classes, then in June 2026, started private lessons 1x/week on and off. Joined Gladiator singles for the final outdoor of the season, and WON my first match 6:3 and 6:4 My serves are strong, only double-faulted 1x. I finally realized that Tennis is a marathon and not a race, so I slowed down my returns and gave power at the end of the swing. For once I felt like I was moving my opponent vs. the opposite. They put up a great fight, we had some strong rally's going.

35F I’ve had an IUD since 21(gets changed every 3 years like clockwork) wth little to no periods, mostly spotting for years. I’ve been On Semaglutide for 1 year down 35 lbs, woot 🙌🏾. In the last 4 months out of nowhere I’m getting my period. I’m back to tracking because I need to speak with my OBGYN about this, but has anyone else had this happen? I know there have been ozempic babies, but my husband and I are child free by choice and mildly panic.

Here's the skinny:

I left my old employer in CRE and all of my 401K(Roth and pre-tax funds) are in Fidelity. My new employer's plan(Principal) only does ESOP and pre-tax 401K, no ROTH contributions. However, the new employer does not accept ROTH rollovers. Contacted Fidelity and i have two options: keep all of my 401K with them previous employer or transfer the lump sum somewhere else. My question is:

1. Do I leave all of my 401K with the old employer at Fidelity?
2. Do i move all of the funds to a vanguard instead?
3. Do I open an IRA with fidelity and transfer the funds to the new account?
