I broke my iphone 15 pro max screen and wanted to get it replaced for a new one , i searched and I came across IBERRY CARE in karama, they offered delivery and also 1 year warranty on their screens.

I Got it fixed by them and normally with my older phones i used to get such things fixed in like 200 -300 and this time i wanted to get a good screen , I paid them 735 for a new screen with the 1 year warranty

2 days later, it stoppped working so i went there and they denied any warranty and kicked me out of the shop, I am absolutely devasted

I worked 4 volunteer jobs for it and its all gone now the phone is broken too

please if you have any resources on how i can report them or make a difference like atleast get a refund
