Need help figuring out how to properly report suspicious bol.com sellers

I’ve had a pretty annoying experience with a few third-party sellers on bol.com recently, and I’m trying to figure out what I can actually do about it.

I placed orders with three different sellers and the experience was weirdly similar: vague communication, tracking numbers that don’t really show anything useful, no proper delivery so far, and no clear refund either.

After checking the seller pages and tracking a bit more, I strongly suspect this is some kind of dropshipping setup, possibly from outside the EU. I know that’s not the same as having hard proof, but the whole thing really doesn’t feel like normal EU stock being shipped by a normal marketplace seller.

These are the seller pages:

The problem is that “this feels like dropshipping” is obviously not enough to send bol.com, and I don’t want to waste time filing some vague complaint that just disappears into a support queue.

So what would you actually save in this situation? Tracking history? Screenshots of the seller page? Messages from the seller? The lack of updates? Packaging photos if it ever shows up? Anything else?

I’m currently on holiday and somehow this has turned into my personal side quest, which is ridiculous, but here we are.

If anyone has dealt with this before, or knows how bol.com usually handles these reports, I’d really appreciate some pointers. And if someone can genuinely help me put together a proper report, I don’t mind sending a small thank-you for the effort.:(

If anyone has real experience with this and can help me prepare a proper report to bol.com, feel free to message me. I don’t mind sending €20 as a thank-you for the time and effort, depending on how much help is involved.

Just to be clear: I’m not paying for fake complaints or harassment. I’m looking for help with gathering evidence and reporting this properly.

Bad experience with a dropshipping seller on bol.com — what can I actually do about this?

I’m usually not the type to make a big deal out of an order, but this experience has honestly annoyed me quite a bit.

I ordered some random little items on bol.com, nothing special really. The seller had a huge number of products listed, so I assumed it was a normal marketplace seller. But after ordering, it started to feel very much like a dropshipping situation.

They gave me a tracking number, but there were no real updates. When I asked what was going on, I got a vague explanation that felt more like an excuse for why the tracking wasn’t showing anything. At some point it honestly felt like they didn’t even have the product in stock.

What bothers me most is not just the delay, but the whole way it was handled: unclear communication, no proper solution, and no refund so far. Meanwhile, the seller seems to keep operating with thousands of products listed.

I’ve read that dropshipping from outside the EU is apparently not allowed on bol.com, but I’m not sure what kind of proof bol actually takes seriously.

Has anyone here dealt with something similar?

What would be the best way to report this properly to bol.com? Should I collect screenshots, tracking info, packaging photos if it ever arrives, seller messages, or something else?

I’m not trying to start a witch hunt. I just want to know how to handle this in a proper way if a seller is doing this structurally.

- My previous post actually got removed right after it passed 10 upvotes because I wrote it in Dutch. Fair enough, rules are rules, but the timing was kind of painful.:(
