Will CEnT-S to TOL conversion have normalization comparing to other macroperiods?
Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding CEnT-S and PoliMi admissions for 2026/27.
CISIA states that universities receive the normalized CEnT-S score, and the normalized score is considered the official final result. However, unlike many universities that directly use CISIA tests, PoliMi has its own internal admission scoring system (TOL-equivalent conversion) and its CEnT-S calculator asks for raw section results (correct/wrong answers in Mathematics, Physics and Reasoning) rather than the official normalized score.
Does anyone know what PoliMi actually uses for the final ranking?
- Raw section results only
- Normalized CEnT-S results provided by CISIA
- Some combination of both
PoliMi also allows registration before the normalization process is completed, which makes this even more confusing.
If anyone has official information, previous experience, or an email response from PoliMi/CISIA, I’d appreciate it.
