bipolar mom

this will be kind of long, but i just need suggestions on what i can do as the daughter of a bipolar mom. my mother was medicated wrong when she had my brother, and it spun her into a mania cycle. she was then diagnosed with bipolar, but the issue is she is an alcoholic. we have a great family, very stable dad and my brother and i both grew up and are fairly successful. there is a guy that my mom met when i was 11 that has been around since (im 22 now) and my dad recently found she’s been having an affair. a part of me is so mad, but then not at the same time because i feel like it’s not her. she tends to go into mania cycles every may and june due to trauma in those months. it is may right now, and i just don’t know what to do or say to her. i’m so upset. and this guy she’s seeing is a total low life. i just need suggestions on what i can say to her to help her. i want everything to workout, this has just happened so many times and it’s the same every time i don’t know what to do anymore.
