I had to make a second account for privacy, but my partner and I broke up and am looking for an apartment or private rental agreement for an immediate move in. My monthly budget is $700-$900.

I am a senior at UT. I don't drink or smoke and have no pets. I am looking for a year long lease and can pay up to 6months rent up front.
