Eye mask for meditating recommendations?

I lost my eye mask I use for meditating. I don’t know where I bought it. I searched all of Amazon and don’t like how they look like they would feel. Bought two. Hate them. There’s so much padding on the bottom it’s all I can feel when I try to meditate. Any recs for a good eye mask you love?

SCLERALS- What to look for when choosing a optometrist/ophthalmologist to get fitted for scleral lens

Hi, I’m on my tenth scleral lens. They are toric, astigmatism, and they wont stop rotating and sit on the position they are supposed to be in. My optometrist said this issue has to be due to the shape of my cornea, but I’m wondering, there are so many other factors that might be causing the lens to not stabilize on my eye, i literally have keratoconus, there’s no reason the shape of cornea is the reason why I’m on my tenth pair?

So I think it’s time to hunt for a new doctor, maybe one who uses more advanced technology? After an hour of google searching, I found scleral profilometry and wave front guided optics are some of the technology specialized offices would have. Should i only look for an ophthalmologist? Is it worth traveling out of state to a doctor specialized in fitting scleral? Am I being too dramatic? It’s been almost 20 appts over 9 months and I’m on my tenth pair. I’m not educated about scleral lenses and the options out there to decide what to do. Guidance and knowledge and help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Scleral lens-my tenth pair

I am trying to get fitted for scleral lens mostly for vision but I also have dry eye. I can’t see well in glasses and can’t tolerate soft contacts. I just got my tenth pair today and I’m not very hopeful. The problem for the last 5+ pairs is that they won’t stop rotating on my eyes, and due to my eyes having astigmatism in my left and keratoconus in my right, I see worse with the lenses on Becuase they rotate and won’t sit in the right position. My doctor has tried different things but they still keep rotating! He said most people get the right fit after two pairs!!!!

What do you think. Scleral lens don’t work for me, give up? Try a new doctor? Keep trying with this doctor?

I mean, is ten that high of a number? I don’t think so given what I’ve heard here, but the lenses just won’t stay stable on my eyes.

Is there a max number hours for wearing scleral lenses?

I asked my optometrist if there is a maximum number of hours I can wear my scleral lenses per day and he said no. I would think just like soft lenses, one should wear it it as little as possible and give your eyes a break. What about taking a day or two rest from wearing them regularly? Should I be worried about potential risks or harmful effects from over wearing the scleral lenses?

Crosslinking - epi on vs off

Epi on or Epi off cross linking? If you could go back in time to before you got cross linking what would you choose?
Why isn’t epi on cross linking more common?

When people find out they have keratoconus in one eye, why do doctors not do cxl on the other eye right away and wait until it likely eventually develops keratoconus (especially if the patient is young)? I get that there are risks to cxl, but waiting for the other eye to get keratoconus (more likely than not) and then having kc in both eyes sounds like a nightmare to me.
