I've been flying in and out of Delhi (DEL) and Mumbai (BOM) a lot for work. I'm from Dubai and I've flow through a lot of airports, I've always been able to carry a lighter, never in India, caught me by surprise the first time. It's not a big deal since the smoking areas have the machine, but just curious why that's how it is in India
