For context, my balance is £199 right now. Suddenly over the weekend, it would not allow me to make a purchase with pay in 3 instalments - tried with ASOS & SHEIN. I went through customer service which is an absolute joke. They basically said it’s an automatic decision by Klarna but couldn’t tell me why?! I’ve never missed a payment, always pay on time. They suggested clearing my balance a little to see if that helps - which makes no sense because I’ve had £500+ pending on there before and they still allowed me to purchase 😂 I’m at a total loss here 😩
