I don't know if this counts as ROCD but i still want to ask it, I'm suspecting that my ex lied about her age
i don't know if this counts as ROCD but i wanted to ask you all:
i was 16 and she was 14 (about to enter 15) back then, we didn't had a long-lasting relationship( it lasted for nearly 3 weeks) and i ended the relationship because of my suspicions. we didn't had aynthing inappropriate or illegal between us and she was the one who wanted to become couples (i was scared to break her feelings or break her heart), it was a long distance relationship so nothing happened. this was 3 years ago.
i have ocd and my ocd stroke again for 3rd time this year and i just suddenly started to freak out, i don't know what to do. i talked about this with some people and they said there's nothing wrong (abt the 2 year age gap even tho if she lied to you and you break up with her on time) but idk what to do. i'm having my 3rd ocd attack with this one so please help me.
