There comes a point when you realize you should stop before you invent new Warcrimes
Background first, I have a few blood feeders and I needed a blood farm the problem is they keep revolting. (maybe cause I keep them in a dark hole in the ground) My solution, turn them into blood nuggets! They can't revolt/run away if they don't have legs! (Praise me for my Genius)
As a bonus I recently got a new guy I wanted to train as an extra Doc so I took everyone else off Doc except him, then I realized this child was completely wasted and his backstory was organ farm
So to summarize, I made a 15 year old relive their PTSD by harvesting organs from prisoners while drunk.
