Applying for Starbucks Barista
Hi everyone, ask ko lang sana if normal lang ba yung ganitong hiring process sa Starbucks.
I started applying sa Starbucks nitong May 2026 kasi lagi akong nakakakita ng “We’re Hiring” posters nila sa stores, especially sa main entrance doors. Nag-submit ako ng application through Darwinbox using the QR code nila, and nagbigay din ako ng physical resume mismo sa ilang Starbucks branches.
Then, may Starbucks recruiter na nag-text sa akin asking me to send my resume sa email niya, which I did right away. Ang concern ko lang is since May 8 pa yung last email ko sa kanila, until now wala pa ring update sa Darwinbox or kahit sa email/text.
What should I do next? Should I follow up ba or wait lang talaga?
I really want to become a Partner Barista sa Starbucks, and I also have experience as a Barista and Barista Supervisor, kaya hopeful talaga ako makapasok.
Would appreciate any advice or experiences from current/former Starbucks partners. Thank you!
