What is a good first budget electric bike (mainly road but some off road) under 1300?
I am trying to look into getting my first electric bike but I am confused on what to get, I don't want to spend a crazy amount due to maybe getting a motorbike in the future.

The bike I have been looking at is a vipcoo h3 which is around the £1100 mark but the only thing which puts me of is the size, I don't want a bike which is very small which looks like I am riding a kids bike at an adult age. I did some research for the VIPCOO and I am confused how small it is. I also don't know if £1100 is a good price for an electric bike like that as well.
Main thing I want is a decent electric bike to go to point A to point B for now, enjoy a casual ride on them and learn balance and etc until I am eventually ready for a motorbike (which might not happen for months) I want something with only peds as well, no bicycle peds.
