Do any modern Gaming Mice still have LIGHT middle clicks?

Looking for a mouse with a very light middle mouse /scroll wheel click. Current reference is the Logitech G305, I’d consider that about the max actuation force I can comfortably use.

Requirements:

  • Very light scroll wheel click
  • Optical switches preferred, but ideally with the option to hotswap M1/M2 to silent mechanical switches
  • Currently using Huano silent switches and really like them
  • No Chinese mice
  • Don’t want to solder scroll switches - happy to swap a prebuilt PCB instead

Main reason is gaming I pan the camera constantly with middle click. I also use middle click a lot for work, and my previous mouse had a super stiff wheel click which started causing discomfort over time.

Mice I’ve looked at so far:

  • Superstrike - almost perfect, but a lot of people say the scroll click is stiff
  • GPX 2C - heard the middle click might be lighter? Also like that M1/M2 can be hotswapped

Would appreciate any recommendations, especially from people sensitive to heavier middle clicks.
