What am i doing wrong? (Low performance on my laptop)

Hi. I have Predator Helios 300 PH317-54. From 2020. RTX 2060. Intel I710th.

Well. I wanted to replay RE Village today. I played it with a good performance when it came out. But now, it is unplayable. I want to know if it is normal that the laptop "have lost" power. Maybe im doing something wrong. Im talking about the game its only playable at 30fps when i set the graphics to the minimum.

I repasted the laptop by myself some months ago. And i dont really know if the laptop is better or worse since i repasted it. I havent used the laptop for gaming for a lot of years. The way it is right now its perfectly fine to use it with browser and some apps open at the same time. But it just doesnt play the same as some years ago. Actually i played valorant a lot, at some moment i had to set the graphics to the minimum and it was fine. But now i have throttling and crash up.

Ive tried changing settings in throttle stop and it seems like ive got some improvements, but not a definitive solution. I have undervolt at -80 and ive limited the cores to 4.0ghz. Do u think this is natural behaviour due to the time of the laptop (5-6 years) or maybe i did something wrong at the settings or repasting?
