What is the healthiest cheese?

I know this is an odd question, but just wondering which is the healthiest cheese in general? Based on protein for example or which has least calories?

Didnt really find much online, but I guess some random cheeses stuffed with fruits would be the healthiest but Im talking about more as in just cheese and nothing inside of it that could make it better. Which would be the best then? Camembert maybe? Gouda?

why does weight training improve muscular strength more than cardiorespiratory fitness?

I’ve been trying to figure out why weight training improves muscular strength more than cardiorespiratory fitness. I lift regularly, and the difference feels obvious, my numbers go up with weights, but my endurance does not improve at the same rate.

It seems pretty simple. Weight training mostly trains force production, muscle recruitment, and handling heavier loads. Cardio trains sustained effort, oxygen use, and recovery over time. So no, exercise is not all the same, and acting like lifting should build cardio just as well is lazy logic.

I get that lifting can help general fitness a bit, but it still does not hit the same adaptation. Has anyone found a good way to build strength and cardio together without one of them getting neglected?

Diet or exercise whats more important? what do you think?

Ive had this issue come up with a lot of ppl I worked with, seems like with everyone's busy lives some part of wellness has to suffer. For me exercise is more important for my mental health, while diet can lack behind sometimes
