Curbside- How can I improve my picking stats?

TLDR: what is the best way to make sure I have good picking and dispensing stats when they review numbers with us? Any tips?

Today, they gathered our team together to tell us that they’ll be reviewing our picking numbers and dispense times with us each week. (And as I’m sure you can guess, pressuring us to improve those numbers.)

When I look at my pick walk stats, it’s not terrible, but it really varies depending on what I’m picking and how often I get stopped to help members.

One of my coworkers said you can make your pick times look better by “pausing your pick walk” and going to the dispense screen, if you get stuck wandering the store with a member or looking for lost items, but I don’t don’t know if this is true.

I also wonder if any stats are judging how much time is spent “doing something”. Like will I get penalized for spending time doing un-trackable things, like walking to get a rotisserie chicken for one of my coworkers dispense order, or wandering the store with a member who can’t find the produce section?

I know I get better scores when I pick frozen and chilled because everything’s next to each other but that’s not sustainable.

I’m a good worker, but I know I can’t run around the store like I could when I first started, and I don’t want to be harassed about picking stats when they do reviews. So any hacks or knowledge on how the system decides if you’re being productive, would be helpful!

Background: Ive worked curbside for a year and a half. I handled the workload pretty well at first, but my body has started to struggle with the wear and tear. Over the last month, I’ve felt a bit better by adding specific exercise, practicing better form and, -most important- finding a more sustainable working pace.
