Looking for gaming laptop (Germany, up to ~3000€/3500$)

Budget: up to 3000€ (for comparison: 3500$)
Country: Germany
Use Case: Gaming - Path of Exile 1 and 2, Roguetech Mod for Battletech (needs serious RAM), Europa Universalis IV/V, probably no AAAs. Some photo editing, browsing and office stuff.
Preferred Specs:** (Optional: GPU, CPU, RAM, storage)
Notes: Noise is an issue, as quiet as possible when playing non-AAA stuff. Willing to use/invest in external cooling if advisable. Weight and battery life do not matter. Needs to be a laptop for travel purposes and to save space and clutter at home. No external monitor, so 16" or larger would be nice.

I appreciate your expertise and advice.

Looking for a recommendation for a gaming laptop - Germany, 2000-3000€ (2300-3500$)

LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE

  • Country

Germany

  • Budget

2000-3000€ (2300-3500$)

  • Are you open to refurbs/used options?

Maybe

  • Screen size

16" or bigger

  • Weight limit

none

  • Purpose

Gaming, some photo editing, browsing, office stuff.

  • Form factor

Standard

  • Intended usage

Path of Exile 1 and 2 - ideally on high settings and high framerates (60+). Europa Universalis IV. Battletech with the Roguetech-Mod (which mostly needs a ton of fast RAM).

  • Desired battery life

basically irrelevant. 1-2 hours of light activity (surfing) is sufficient.

  • Please list, in order of most important to least important, the priority between Size, Weight, Performance, Battery life

Performance, Size; weight and battery life do not matter.

  • Info/Requirements

Noise/Cooling is an issue. The quieter the laptop can run PoE and titles of similar requirements, the better.

The laptop is used mostly as you would use a desktop pc (i.e. sitting at a table). It mainly needs to be a laptop because I need to be able to take it to different rooms and because I travel with it a lot. At home, I mostly use it as a desktop replacement that takes up less space and doesn't clutter the flat as much.

Thanks a lot for sharing your expertise!
