Help overwhelmed

Hello,

I literally haven't purchased a TV for 10+ years. I'm so out of the loop it's crazy and reading and watching reviews and guides eventually just scrabbles the brain.

I don't want to go deep down the rabbit hole, but also don't want to regret my purchase.

I've moved house, I now have a large living room and the current TV won't cut it.

The main viewing angle of the sofa will be about 6m away from the TV. From what I've read that means I probably want 85" minimum size?

It's just a the main living room TV, we weren't huge TV watchers, the odd kids show, the odd series and the occasional film.

Anyone got any advice/recommendations?

Good viewing angles might be important because the room is also wide, and it won't be getting direct sunlight but the room can be quite bright when sunny

I'm so lost, I just want to throw money at something so I can move onto the next bankrupting purchase before the wife kills me!

Installation help saggy

Hello,

I have just tried to install my new NVR into a 6U home rack setup. The rack is only 12.5" deep (so it might be too small for this anyway) but the main concern, even if I get a deeper rack is that is this thing seriously supposed to be mounted only at the front?

The website and instruction manuals all suggest it doesn't need rear support ... But this thing is heavy and sagging! Not sure if my rack is just not holding up well but this thing is droooooping down like a melted ice cream

I haven't even tried to fit the 24porr switch yet but presumably will have similar issues
