I got a pair of Razer Blackshark V2 wired headphones for Xbox about 6 months ago, and since the very first use, I cannot get the volume to go to zero. The volume dial still adjusts up and down, but the lowest setting still produces audio (which is really annoying when I’m trying to mute ads). Are there any good Razer products or is this a one and done type of company?

This should be a 1-minute search, not a 20-minute failed research attempt. Is this just a massive skill issue on my part or is every major search engine intentionally obfuscating any free results in an attempt to force acceptance of incorrect AI responses?
