Hey all, I’m trying to get into a shopper account I created in the past but did not use so that I can start shopping for cash. It’s tied to my email and phone number so I’m not able to create a new account.
Verification emails are not being delivered, and verification codes sent via text are not being accepted. I’ve tried deleting & reinstalling the app, signing in via web, and calling this number: 1 (888) 246-7822
Is there some other way to reach support without being logged into the app? Thanks!
