I connect my phone to the vehicle every time I go out but from the last 2-3 days, I am unable to connect my phone, the vehicle is saved in my bluetooth list and whenever I connect it from the app it just shows keep close then shuts. I have tried it many times and its still not working.
I bought the vx2 plus variant last December and have ridden it around 3k kilometers.
One of the biggest faults of the vehicle is the suspension is so stiff that even on smaller potholes your entire body feels the road. Also the handlebar, sometimes, on plain roads feels wobbly like you can't see anything clearly while driving on the rear view mirror. They should improve that because it's pretty dangerous that you can't see vehicles behind you.
I recently went to charge my vida at an ather grid that was of 6kw and it just kept showing charger linking but nothing happened and the charger was also red. Then I went to the basic grid charger and it first asked me to add wallet balance. Mind you that charging here is still free for the ather users not for only a year but until ather stops. I added 40rs to test out the charging but instantly 35rs deducted and scooty showed forced stop and didn't work. Now only option remaining for vida users are home charging. The fast chargers are just backup but also too expensive. Now you have to ride only in eco mode to save costs of driving. Main point is that ather themselves offer free charging at their grids here but vida is only charging money.
