Before I go into detail here's some that I know are not it: Lamda,Cleverbot, that one bot was racist, or any recent chatbots.

I'm almost certain it had some name because I vaguely remember trying my damndest as a kid to search for it. I might have heard it on some list video or channel covering "scary" topics. I know it was just a rumor because the ai was essentially sentient and powerful and could tell you stuff that people don't know about yet. The creators or possibly the government had to chain it down and shut it off because of how powerful it was. But it was still said to exist somewhere online
