I am familiar with some prop/costume jewelry making but I am trying to make a semi ornate cursed looking amulet with a glass eye in the middle. My plan for the amulet is to hang it on my wall and then when people ask what is that I can then go "oh that, yea its my cursed amulet" and then if they reach for it I get to go "KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF MY AMULET".
For this to work it has to look halfway decent. I don't really know where to start as for if this is like a painted clay, or styrofoam or some other material type of project. I like learning new craft skills but I don't know what would or would not work. If anyone has experience making cursed trinkets or costume jewelry some advice would be appreciated.
