Is all brisket the same?

I’ve got no problem making a decent 10, 15 or even 18 pound brisket… But I’ve got a few in my freezer that are about 2 pounds and my attempts have come out really dry. Of course, total cook time will be different, but is it the same rule of thumb for temps? Stall around 160 then wrap and go to 200-205?

Phone adaptor tips

Anybody got any tips on using the phone adaptors for their spotting scope? I line up everything correctly but my screen stays black. Idk if it’s an issue with Apple Intelligence trying to figure out what to show with 2/3 lens covered but it’s a pain in the ass. Any tips?
