I was late for an interview, now this. What can I expect?

Hi, so I 24m had an interview about a week ago for a quality technician job. Currently I’m a supervisor at another company.

They called me to come for an interview the following. I had no preparation no what. But i did my best researching while i was at work. My boss didn’t want to give me an off cause he said I need to be there. So I created a reason and said i should come into work first in the morning. The job needed 3 years experience and i only have 1.

The interview appointment was at 9am and around 830am i was leaving work. I took an uber and at 9 was still in the uber. They called me (interview people) asking if i was still coming and i said yes. Got there had been moved to the last. 7 were called to the interview. Got in the interview, answered their questions, a bit of tense faces. It was a panel of 6 people. Each one of them asked their set of questions. The last question i kind of stammered. I was so sure i was already disqualified cause i was late, and I didn’t have the number of years experience.

Now, 4 days later, they called me and said i was shortlisted and to report to an address on a specified on another day. I said ok.

I’m anxious, I don’t know what it means. Is it another interview? Did i get the job? What can I practice? What can I expect

When I was younger, my face had girly features, which I hated btw. A rumor was spread that I had both things😭. This all started when I went to this new school, so they were doing a roll call, they asked all the guy to stand, so we did. The teacher dude, shouted at me at how idiotic and dumb I was for standing up with guys. Since it was a lab, he could not see the clearly male trouser just the shirt and big blazer. After about a 2 minutes of shouting I walked up to him and said, I am guy. He never did do the roll call in my class.

I am grown now, and no, I look like guy now. 😂😂😂
