Dell Optiplex 7040 Micro locks up when trying to install new Secure Boot Update

I'm hoping someone here might be able to assist but its most likely not gonna be possible. Figured I would ask to be safe.

I am trying to install the new Secure Boot 2023 Certificates on my Dell Optiplex 7040 Micro. Every time I attempt to install the secure boot update on my machine it locks up. Apparently this is a known issue (here and here) and seems to be a BIOS issue. Just wondering if anyone has had success getting this to work on this machine or if I am SOL.
