I just had this epiphany. most probably 90% of us are trying to become a new person right? Like better life better deen better everything. And this addiction is like a leech for your old-self . Like you as a person you probably changed or you are still changing, but you got this annoying pimple that wont disappear. I always picture the addiction like a black slug that won’t cut off
