Feel like I'm only seeing what I want to see, can someone set me right please

Looking for a Mega Garde to pick up, found a few that are pretty nice for potentially cracking. Favourites are this PSA 9, a BGS 9.5 (which I think I've finally ruled out), and an ACE 10
The PSA 9 is cheaper than the other 2 which is making me want it - but I feel like I must be looking at this through rose-tinted glasses and overlooking whatever brought the grade down. The centering looks good, there's potentially a tiny chip in the front bottom-left / top-right corners(?) and maybe the tiniest white speck Ive seen on the back/bottom edge. I'm trying to be as strict a judge as I can but feel like I've stared at it so long I can't really tell any more, can anyone please give it a second glance for me?
