Hi all, have sent our potential secondhand car (~4.5 years old, ~93k mileage) to STA for pre purchase inspection and it was graded B with these comments:

1. Vehicle transmission housing - signs of dried oil stain
2. 1 of the headlamp replaced
3. Front brake pad worn

Especially for (1), is it a major red flag or potentially could be gearbox issues? Car is still under original warranty for the next few months, with extended warranty for engine/gearbox etc till Dec 2027.
