11 DPO, How does my chart look?

I know it is such a repetitive question and I thank anyone who stops to look. Just an anxious woman in her TWW. Last time my PDG was this high and I had nausea and cramping I was pregnant (ended in a chemical). But even that cycle my PDG dropped from 33 to 18 on 10 DPO. This time I am sustaining high in the 30s at 11DPO. Maybe a heavy squinter of a positive this morning but I choose to call it a BFN if I have to look that hard to see it. Does this chart look like it may still have some hope? I work nightshift so that is why I do not have my temperature for today yet. I go tomorrow morning for a progesterone lab draw so my doctor can confirm I ovulated since I have not since my miscarriage in November 2025. I’m just happy to see my body working again.

In November 2025 I had a chemical pregnancy. Since then I have not ovulated once and actually have had to use provera to end my cycles every month. This month is our last cycle before we start medications. I have never had estrogen this high this early in my cycle ever. I normally sit in the 80-120 range until cycle day 20 with ovulation (if it happens) around day 33-35. Even the cycle I did get pregnant my estrogen was maxed at 136 until cycle day 27 when it started rising. I’m shocked that my estrogen is rising the way it is but Inito does not seem to think it’s my high fertility. I find this confusing because every month it tries to mark me for high fertility cycle day 8-16 when my estrogen rises from 80 to 120 but drops back down. Just confused. Could I possibly be preparing to ovulate for the first time on my own since the CP? And so much sooner in my cycle than I normally do? Any advice?
