iPhone port-over went well on Warp, but Apple Watch Ultra 3 is a disaster!

New USMobile customer, in first month, came from AT&T. Chose Warp so I could get a Companion line for my Ultra 3, but after 2days/5+hrs with the chat team I'm still with no service on the Watch. Kudos for their efforts, but results = 0, very frustrating. They've had me pair/unpair, shutdown/startup, multiple times, take SIM out - seems like the reps are just fishing for ideas with no clue. Very strange because I first paired an Ultra 2 pretty easily, then bought the 3 and just can't get that one to work. Where do I turn for help? Thanks, Tim
