What is possible with the Terrain of the Windows-Mod
Just wanted to show you an example of process what you can do with the terrain/platform/stairs elements from the Windows mod. I would suggest to use a new "building" for each layer. But it is incredible flexible. I only would not move away elements from another element, since it may crash. Deleting an element is the best way. the rocks are from the mod TK Deko.
